Education is a commitment on our part & we bring it in the best way possible. No array of challenges would deter us from our avowed resolve to be useful, responsible & remarkable in our endeavour to give the elixir of life sustaining education to the youth of our society, upon whose shoulders lie the future of our country.

Learning is a process that never ends and knowledge is a goal that one strives for continuously. It is a way to make the world a better place. It is how mankind evolves. Being the institute of Teacher Education, we believe in the advancement and dissemination of knowledge that would serve the intellectual needs of citizens of the 21st century in a global economy. We believe that knowledge acquired should be applied to contribute to the well-being of humanity and that our students should lead productive, responsible and meaningful lives.

It is this vision which guides the vibrant campus community of student teachers and faculty alike. And spurs them onto constantly raise the bar of academic standards. Quality, creativity, openness and diversity fire all of us to aim higher to realize our ideals and aspirations.

It is an honour and privilege to be the Principal of Sane Guruji Vidya Prabodhini, Comprehensive College of Education, Khiroda, the College of Education that stands for excellence and continuously sets the highest standards. I also have the advantage of having in contiguity closely with late Hon’ble Madhukarrao Chaudhari (Ex Speaker Maharashtra Assembly) who conceptualized the very idea of establishing this reputed College of Education at Khiroda as a model college in rural area imparting teacher education.

In order to accomplish our vision and mission, we are prepared to take as much effort as possible for the betterment of academic scenario in India. We believe that education is an effective medium of social transformation. We get encouragement, looking at bright and successful careers of our thousands of students, which subsequently benefit the society. We feel proud that we are part of such an excellent institute, which is shaping modern India and human being. College endowed with progressive futuristic outlook aims continual growth in the quality of all curricular, co-curricular, extra-curricular and extension activities with a sense of commitment to fully meet the expectations of the students, parents and society at large. Empowerment offer integrated services for the multi – facetted developments of our students. Our teachers strive to teach not only academic programmes but also life skills needed for students’ self-development.

Our institute is a tree ok knowledge and creativity. Thousands of student teachers have enjoyed its comfortable shade. Even more have climbed to a great future through its many branches.
